This beautiful, large one-bedroom apartment with a spacious kitchen is located downtown. Enter via smart lock into a newly/beautifully updated, fully furnished and spacious basement unit with original 1930's exposed brick. This gem is close to Cherry Street, Brookside, BOK, Downtown, and The Gathering Place and surrounded by Tulsa's best coffee, brunch and lunch spots. We love our furry guests, but pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated if left alone in the unit.

Whether you need to get away or you have a busy work week ahead, this newly renovated, quiet apartment includes two living areas, a spacious kitchen with island and a large bedroom with a king bed. Bathroom includes a tub/shower and is stocked with toiletries for your stay.

Free parking, shared fenced in backyard/common area with patio, grill and fire pit available for use!

We're close by and can help when needed :). Please contact us in the Airbnb app. We are most responsive during normal business hours. In the case of a non-medical emergency, please use the phone number in the listing.

Minutes away from the BOK, Brady Arts district, the Pearl District, Cherry Street, and The Gathering Place Park, we are centrally located to everything you want to be close to downtown!

It’s best to get around with a vehicle. Lyft and Uber are always available! There are bicycles and lime scooters to rent downtown and by the river as well.

Since this is an apartment building, guests may hear others in the hallway or in a nearby unit.

For extra safety precaution exterior security cameras are in use.

We also hold strict quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

Pets are welcome, but need to be approved and added to guest count! Pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated if left alone in the unit. Excessive cleaning costs due to pet hair may be charged back to the guest.

We have plenty of parking on the North side of the building.

This is a great space for hosting events, however - the need to be respectful of the space and fellow occupants of the building is a priority for us. So unfortunately there can be no parties, get togethers, events, etc.

To that note - quite hours start at 10pm.

As we do try to provide as many amenities as we can, and in order to keep our prices as fair as possible - we have reasonable additional guest fees, so please make sure the guest count is correct. It is the fairest way we could find to account for the shampoo/conditioners/toilet paper/etc

The apartment is very well put together. Had a fairly wide variety of amenities anwas nice. I think the only things we really missed were a blender and a broom but aside from that it was
