There is routine weekly cleaning of the private plunge pool. Please be aware that our pool cleaners may need to enter the unit at this time. It should only take 10 minutes and we will notify you in advance. Thank you for understanding.

This is a brand new building so some parts of the exterior may still be in progress and/or under construction. Noise may be possible. We have adjusted the price to reflect this.

Power outages are normal in Mexico, they are not frequent but it is possible. It is beyond our control and host is not responsible. Thank you for understanding.

Electricity is expensive in Mexico. Please help us save costs. Please turn off lights and air conditioner when not in use.

1. No pets, no parties, no smoking, no illegal activity.
2. Please leave the home in the same condition as you receive it.
3. Damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the guest.
4. Do not put toilet paper down the toilets in Mexico (please use the waste bin)
5. Please turn off lights and AC when not in use.
6. A starter kit of toilet paper and soap is provided, after which guests must provide their own.
