- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 fine.
- This development NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES AND LOUD GROUPS. No parties, events or illegal activity permitted and no excessive noise after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- The condo complex rules that you will be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival will be enforced.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- A security deposit might be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking site used to make the reservation. It is refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding fines.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.
- There's no daily house cleaning, but you can get a cleaning for a fee. Just let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you'd like to add this service too, additional fees apply.
- The bicycles offered at the complex are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- The communal pool onsite was built with local materials. Just note, you may find the pool water may not appear as clear blue due to this reason, even when it's been recently cleaned.

This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to before arrival.
