Spacious tropical - chic apartment located in the popular Paramar Indigo complex, in the lovely Aldea Zama neighborhood of Tulum. This apartment is perfect for families or groups of up to 8 people who want to enjoy the beauty of this tropical paradise.
On the first floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms. One has a big king-size bed, and the other has two smaller twin beds. There are also two full bathrooms, a nice living room, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. You can step outside onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh air.

Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom. There`s also a laundry room, so you can keep your clothes clean and fresh. The best part of the apartment is the private rooftop area. You can relax on the comfortable seating area, cook delicious food on the charcoal grill, and cool off in the jacuzzi. There`s also a half bathroom up there for your convenience.

The Paramar Indigo complex has some great shared amenities for you to enjoy. There`s a swimming pool shaped like a river, with chairs to relax in and a shower nearby. • Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM, but this can be flexible if there are not other guests arriving or leaving on the same day.

• Cleaning: For guests with extended stays more than 7 days a courtesy scheduled cleaning is offered which they provide new bedding and towels. additional cleanings for a small fee.
For guests staying less than 7 days, requests for cleaning are with small fee.

• As part of the Concierge service, we offer grocery shopping before your arrival (with extra cost)
