Terrible stayed

The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find water nearby. The bed had bugs

This is a privately owned apartment in a development that is finishing being built. So things may not work and that’s likely because it’s not fully ready. For instance I had a lot of luggage as I just finished leading a retreat and the property doesn’t have elevators, luckily a property security guard carried my bags up and down for me. In the unit, the back door to the jacuzzi doesn’t open so you can’t use the jacuzzi, the lights in the apartment in the ceiling fan won’t turn off so you have to sleep with the lights on, the blanket wasn’t warm enough and it took 6 hours for me to get checked because you need the owner of the unit to give you the unit number. The not being able to check in led me to having a panic attack as I was worried I’d have no where to sleep. I think I was the first guest here, and I believe this will improve over time. The property where the apartment is in is gorgeous and it has a lovely gym and rooftop pool, it’s walkable or bikable to the gym, but I opted for an ATV. I recommend this place when the construction is done and when the unit owners communicate more so you don’t feel like you’re being scammed.

Avoid. Noisy construction site!

Very deceptive listing and communications. While we were staying in this building it was still under construction, so was noisy, dusty, missing appliances, with construction workers everywhere. The pool on the the roof is a nice touch but not relaxing at all as is directly opposite another noisy building site. We were expecting much better after viewing the photos and description - there was no kitchen, laundry facilities, balcony, sofa or even a window to the outside! There were also frequent power cuts. Walls were paper thin so we could hear the workers and our neighbours very loudly all the time. What should have been a relaxing holiday was a stressful nightmare! Also the rental company insisted on full payment by bank transfer directly to them before we got there, so we had no option to cancel or get alternative accommodation from hotels.com

El apartamento es comodo y muy nuevo. Esta decorado con muy buen gusto. Tiene una alberca con un piso transparente muy tranqula con una hermosa vista a la selva y al mar. La hubicacion es muy buena. La playa está a unos pasos.

Es una propiedad muy nueva y amplia. el servicio es excelente, todo muy limpio, excelente entorno selvático y la playa muy cerca, solo nos llevó 10 minutos a pie. una alberca hermosa. Decididamente para recomendar !!!!

Nuestra estadia fue realmernte hermosa. Es una pena no haber estado mas tiempo. Todo muy nuevo y limpio. Excelente gusto para decorar el apartamento. LLegamos muy cansados de viajar, pero el checkin fue automatico y sin demoras. Todos han sido muy amables. La Alberca espectacular, y la playa hermosa y accesible caminando.

el lugar es maravilloso. La propiedad es a estrenar. limpia y pulcra. La calidad de los acabados es excelente. La alberca en la terraza es el paraiso. Tiene una paz maravillosa y ese puente transparente la hace unica. Mis felicitaciones a los anfitriones por la hermosura que tienen. Nuestras proximas vacaciones seran con ustedes!!!!!
