I throughly enjoyed my stay at Bacab Tulum! I was greeted warmly by the staff upon arrival & check in was smooth & easy. The staff asked questions regarding my stay, & made my birthday so special by singing me happy birthday & giving me a cake! Any requests were handled easily. Room was straightened daily & the staff was so warm. Thank you for making my trip safe & special!

Really nice place in a good area of Tulum. There's plenty of restaurants and cafe's all walkable around the corner. The room was amazing with a roomy shower and comfy bed. And an amazing pool on the rooftop!

Desde la llegada, el personal fue eficiente y profesional. El check-in fue rápido y el trato del equipo fue cortés y bien organizado. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y bien equipadas. La cama es cómoda, el mobiliario está en buen estado, se agradecen los detalles. La ubicación del hotel también es ideal, con acceso rápido a los principales puntos de interés, pero lo suficientemente apartado como para garantizar descanso y privacidad. En resumen, este hotel no solo cumple con lo que se espera de un 5 estrellas, sino que supera todas las expectativas. Recomiendo a quienes buscan una escapada de lujo, confort y atención personalizada al más alto nivel.

Me pareció increíblemente linda la estética de BACAB, no solo por las características arquitectónicas sí no por todo el arte que tiene adentro, tanto en cada uno de sus muebles y adornos de cerámica hechos a mano por artesanos locales y la galería de arte que es sencillamente espectacular. Cada tanto tienen una exposición distinta y una propuesta de eventos muy atractivos, como música en vivo junto con un apetizer en el jardín, o el cinema outdoor con un ambiente soñado. La comodidad de las habitaciones es excelente.
