Casa Mam is a beachfront villa designed for comfort and connection to nature. The home includes an equipped kitchen, bright living areas, and four spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Outdoor spaces feature two pools, a rooftop palapa lounge, and hammocks by the sea. Eco-friendly systems power the villa while staff and concierge ensure a smooth, stress-free stay.

Casa Mam is located in the protected Sian Ka’an Biosphere. Travel times are longer, and the access road may be bumpy. While the villa offers modern comforts, it operates on solar and wind energy, so guests are encouraged to use air conditioning moderately (up to 12 hrs/day). This ensures sustainable comfort while protecting the environment. Please note there is an extra fee for the diesel for AC usage
