We're in arguably the best location, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from central Tulum.

Consider that on the zone there may be electricity cuts and consequently failure of the internet and water service. Unfortunately this is completely out of our control.

Tulum is quite an adventure, we are a small town becoming a city, the streets in many areas of Tulum are very rustic, take this into account when preparing your trip.
