The space
Our home features 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed on the top floor with 2 balconies and a giant ensuite, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, and a sofa bed in the living room.

You will have access to the garden (patio furniture, reading nook, hammock), and a large upstairs patio and rooftop. The shared pool in Aldea Savia is the second-largest pool in Tulum!

There are 2 gyms and a lap-length pool for anyone wanting to keep up with their health and fitness routine as well as a rooftop infinity pool.

If you have kids, there is a playground and kid pool so that they can also enjoy themselves while on holiday.

There is also a "hammock jungle" where you can sit back, and relax under the trees listening to the birds.

The house includes family board games, books, HD Smart TV for viewing your movies and listening to your favorite music.

As a chef, I've made sure the kitchen is equipped with some little kitchen extras so that even on holiday, you can cook up delicious feasts.

Relaxing and fun

We enjoyed staying at this well-furnished townhouse. It was quiet and peaceful, but close to activities in Tulum (beaches, ruins, restaurants, shopping). The pools in the community were close to the house, and the common areas are lush gardens. The kitchen and bathroom were nicely equipped. It was lovely to relax on the balcony and watch the sunset.

Clean and comfortable. Short walk to the pool

Enjoyable stay at this house. Felt safe. Short walk to the pool. Appreciated towels and kitchen supplies. AC worked well. I wish their were more places to hang towels and clothes that need drying (no hooks to hang things; no outdoor drying line or anything) but other than that, I have no complaints. Helpful to have your own vehicle as this is a few minutes from anything else in town and taxis/colectivos don’t drive on this road.
