Booked Hotel Latino for 1 night (Nov 2, 2018) back in mid August. Received a confirmation email the same day and went off the information provided. Messaged the hotel the night before arrival to let them know that our check in would be after 9pm... no response. Then called the hotel after being delayed on a flight from CDMX. Finally arrived at 2am (Nov 3, 2019) from Cancun Airport to find a construction site and no place to stay for the night I had booked. Our booking was not cancelled and we received no correspondence that it would be unavailable on this date. We had to find another place to say in the middle of the night!
