Really nice place in a quiet location. Rooms were modern and really nicely decorated. It was very tranquil (despite the construction). Lovely little street with restaurants and cafes about 10-15 mins walk away and some other places were even closer. Only spent a couple of nights here but could’ve happily stayed longer. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was incredibly helpful and exceptional. Without them, Irie wouldn’t be here. The bald-headed gentleman, in particular—there are no words to describe how sweet and wonderful he is! He consistently checked in on us to ensure we were doing well. Even during the crazier moments, they made sure we felt safe. Staff was very helpful, accommodating and polite, the food in the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. Being able to rent bikes/scooters/ATVs directly from the hotel was reasonably priced and helpful. Location is enough removed from Tulum center to be more quiet but also convenient/accessible. Only real negative is the construction that was constantly ongoing throughout our stay.

I never asked the guy name but he was bald headed and light skin, very nice guy!!! He was very informative and polite. Also the food here is really good but the portion was a bit small. The hot water don’t get as hot but it get warm. But other than that, this place was nice and cute.

The stay was excellent at Irie, they were welcoming and friendly. The food was excepcional, I was worried my daughter would get sick with the change in food/water but she did really well and the food was very tasty and plated beautifully. Additionally, the bar service was phenomenal. I used the laundry service and concierge during my stay and they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place, it was nice and quiet easy to sleep and in a safe area. My only complaint would be that next time I’d request a better view so I could take advantage of the jungle view and the sunset 🌅. All the staff remembered my name and greeted me every day, thanks to Matthias, Lara, Bryan, Josephina and Facundo for such a great service. My daughter and I really enjoyed Tulum.
