I came during a hurricane and the host was more than accommodating. I will definitely recommend staying at Miraluna Tulum again. Hospitality is amazing and everyone is kind 10/10 :)

el departamento bien, pero el edificio muy descuid

Pésimo trato en recepción, tardo 20 minutos haciendo planes con sus amigos mientras yo esperaba que me atendieran, por que no teníamos cómo comunicarnos con el dueño del departamento, al final no nos ayudó. El dueño se comunicó y nos dio la calve correcta para entrar al departamento. Y el chico que pareció para ayudar por parte del dueño fue muy amable y salvó la estancia.
