I am not physically in Chemuyil but our staff will be happy to help you from 8:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs. From 21:00 hrs to 7:00 hrs we are available only for emergencies.

We are not a hotel so there is no 24/7 reception.

1km away in the town of Chemuyil you will find a couple of restaurants; seafood, tacos, pizza, etc where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will find a greengrocer, convenience store, pharmacy.

We suggest you rent a car at the airport, if it is not within your means you can get there by public transportation. We have open parking.

- If you are coming from Tulum take public transportation to Chemuyil.

Once in Chemuyil take a cab, moto cab or walk 1km to Santuario Apartments.

If you are coming from Cancun
Take the `ADO` from Cancun to Playa del Carmen, there you take the van to Tulum and ask to get off in Chemuyil.

We are located in the jungle, it is a beautiful and quiet place. We suggest you rent a car. We are located 1km from the town and public transportation.
RULES:
- Check In from 15:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs.
- Check Out 11:00 hrs
- Late check out with additional cost and subject to availability.
o After 11:00 hrs 50% of the stay will be charged.
o After 18:00 hrs 100% of the stay will be charged.

- Guests are not allowed in the facilities or inside the domes.
- Up to 2 children free per room under 12 years old.
- Parties and amplified music are not allowed.
- Respect and take care of the facilities.
- Please leave the kitchen area clean. Wash dishes, pick up trash and put your food away.
- Please keep your belongings in your room and lock your door. We have a safe for your use.
- When you check out, please make sure you have all your belongings with you.
- Our staff will be happy to help you from 8:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs. From 21:00 hrs to 7:00 hrs we are available only for emergencies.

It is the guest`s responsibility to read carefully each of the points marked in this regulation and comply with them.
