IMPORTANT:

Access to Jaguar National Park is managed by local authorities and currently requires a government entrance fee for non-resident visitors. This fee is not included and may change without notice.

The Neighborhood:

Colectivos (shared vans) are an affordable way to reach nearby destinations like Akumal, Coba, and Playa del Carmen. **During your stay, we ask permission to access the property for maintenance service for your balcony plunge pool once a week or as needed. Please note that these visits are always scheduled after 3:00 PM, and we will coordinate with you to find the most convenient time within this window.





**For stays of 20 nights or longer, mandatory mid‑stay cleaning(s) are required (one per each 20‑night block). A standard cleaning fee applies per mid‑stay. Scheduling is coordinated with guests and includes a full linen change.
