🌴︎ Security Deposit: We require a $500 deposit or you have the option of purchasing damage waiver protection for your stay with us for $35 (which covers you for up to $500). You will be invited to verify your identity and select from one of these two options through a separate email from our insurance broker Truvi.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a fitness center, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
