This first-floor room with a terrace, designed for two people, maintains a simple and open layout, with large windows that allow natural light to accompany the space throughout the day.
The finishes combine the handmade terrazzo floor with walls coated in chukum —a traditional mixture made from the resin of a local tree— creating a sense of continuity between the interior and the surrounding greenery.
The private terrace includes a small pool and an outdoor area built around plants that originally belonged to the site, forming a calm and understated environment.
The space features a small deck with wooden seating and an outdoor table, adding a functional area for rest.
