Horrible experience. We were at one room two nights with the aC making awful noises. One day the vent fell from the ceiling. Thankfully our next few nights they switched us to another room where it was better. Their resolution to the consumer was poor.

Great stay. Staff was great, specifically Alexis aka Casanova! He was at our service 24/7. The bars were great, Jazreet & Juan are the best bartenders, Sophia can entertain like the best of them, if your lucky enough to have Eduardo serve you at the pool enjoy, Mike and Christian, at the Beach Club make that place what it is. Mike was there with whatever we needed and Christian’s service was phenomenal. The Tours are cool, Cesar can walk you through everything and if you get Akash as your guide you are on a journey you will never forget. I don’t do this often, but the resort deserves its props for their service. Food is good, shuttles to the beach need to be more frequent, main bar would be nice to be open an extra 30 minutes to 11:00pm. 4.7 Alexis thank you again amigo, you and your team were great!

The hotel’s aesthetics are pleasing. Despite being a preferred member, I found the options for regular members to be limited and, in many cases, indistinguishable from those offered to preferred members. The food was adequate, but I had anticipated a more authentic Mexican culinary experience and a broader selection of dining options. The entertainment options could have been improved to be more inclusive and appealing to a diverse range of ages and ethnicities. Additionally, the majority of events concluded at approximately 10:00 pm, which could have been more accommodating for later evenings.
