After booking, you`ll receive the Jungle Luxe guest concierge app, where each club`s current terms, minimums, and character are set out in detail. Beach day reservations are placed directly in the app the day before — one tap, no back-and-forth — so your morning opens with a confirmed name on the list.
A note on how Tulum works. Most clubs here operate on a minimum consumption: a set food-and-drink spend that stands in for entry. It`s standard here, and amounts vary by club. Through October, many waive or ease minimums entirely; in high season, they firm up. The app maps it out ahead of time, so there`s nothing to negotiate on the sand. Outside food and drink aren`t permitted — everything comes from the club`s kitchen.
