The room was spotless, they provided us with towels, shampoo and coffee plus fruit in the morning (except no breakfast made by staff) you have to prepare tour own which was the only down side - also it can get a bit loud at night as the hotel is close to some restaurants/ bars. This hotel and accommodation where amazing! The breakfast was good and the service was also good. The only thing is the location is a little off, but if you rent a scooter or a bike you can still see a lot of the beauty in Tulum.
