Just a short 20 mts distance from the beach and 100 mts to the other house, this property is perfect for a relaxing stay in Tulum.
The property is located in the hotel zone km 10 beside Gitano Beach on the beach side.
Casa Zaba is one of the few properties that has a cenote 800 meters long and 4 to 8 meters deep, with private access for our guests. Come live one of the most amazing and magical events of nature, when the turtles come up on the beach to lay their eggs, where we already have two nests.When you see a turtle coming out of the ocean, please don't use a flash light or smoke and be very quiet . Thank you and we will be very happy to make your visit memorable.
We do our best to protect the nature and want to maintain this property with sustainable practices as much as we can. For this reason, the property offers the AC only during the night for 12 hours.V VERY IMPORTANT: By signing and accepting this agreement, you are abiding by the laws of Mexico. There are no gatherings or parties. There is no outside music allowed other than on the deck from the hours of 9am to 6pm and not loud, if this rule is broken, any and all fees legal, fines and loss of incomes from closure of the property are the sole responsibility of the renter. Also the fire on the beach is not allowed.
The Riviera Maya is well known for it's vast variety of activities and services you can acquire during your visit. From visiting different Mayan Archeological sites, swimming in fresh water sinkholes, taking a snorkeling trip, visit one of the many theme parks our destination has to offer, car rental service, massage spa services and much more. Just ask our host for additional information on any service and we will be glad to provide you with all information and pricing regarding the service.
We recommend you to rent a car at the airport, the taxis are very expensive. We can offer your a reservation for a private transportation from the airport.
