We really enjoyed the level of service offered by the staff at Wyndham Tulum. Also the location was great for our needs and the property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Our only wish is that we had more time there.

I booked this hotel because it says in the description there is hot tub but there is no hot tub. The hotel itself were still under construction in some areas. Also the property has three-floor buildings and no elevators. I feel l was cheated.

Our stay was great. Our concierge Antonio took great care of us. One of the staff members saw us walking and offered us a ride to our destinations on her way home. Hotel opened a month ago and is still under construction so the bar wasnt yet fully stocked. However the food and service was AMAZING

Hotel nuevo, buena arquitectura y distribución de áreas como albercas, quizá el restaurante de la palapa debería mejorar su servicio, aun así es bueno, las habitaciones cómodas, bien distribuidas, fui a n viaje de negocio, solo me quedé una noche, quizá 2 o 3 días servirían para evaluar mejor, si regresaría, lo calificaría como recomendable y muy accesible en precio
