The hotel was very conveniently close to the airport. Four Points offers bus shuttle to the airport. This makes it so easy for us to plan. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with delicious options in a very comfortable setting. The bed was really comfortable and we had a great rest before our 16 hour flight home.

Proximity to the airport and the free shuttle is really helpful for a stress-free departure. The room size is perfect for 1 or 2 person occupancy. Rooms are so clean and services are top-notch, from check in to check out. I will definitely stay here again. I greatly appreciate the water bottle that is provided for free water refills by the elevator. It is such an amazing endeavor to keep our planet free of plastic water bottles.

The overall stall was ok. The room cleanliness was 6/10. The breakfast buffet was very limited, and staff was not willing to help get drinks as i was alone with my son and was difficult to carry all the food and drinks to my table + tend to my son in a stroller. My room has an issue where i left for breakfast and when i returned to my room the door was slightly opened. The manager assured me to check over cameras but did not show me any video footage to put my mind at ease and just verbally assured me nothing happened and to take their word for it. I feel that service could have met higher expectations overall.
