Very clean and modern hotel, close to the airport with a handy shuttle bus. Customer service people all very kind and helpful. It is rather pricey for the small room size, and during our visit the pool was closed for maintenance which was disappointing.

There are two Sheratons at the location - Sheraton Four Point and Sheraton Tung Chung. Four Point is very crowded and Ting Chung is much quieter. Hence, make sure you choose Sheraton Tung Chung if you want quietness. The hotel is beautiful and staff very nice. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel shuttle a bit crazy as it serves two hotels. It is first come first serve. Get to the shuttle early as possible based on your travel schedule.
