The hotel and the staff were 10/10. The hotel is located in a strange area - basically a shopping mall - and there was not easy access to food when we got in late. (We flew in during a T8 typhoon so that impacted local food delivery as well.) If you are coming from the airport late in the evening, bring food with you or eat before you show up. The breakfast buffet was 12/10 actual heaven. I do recommend the buffet. We were only impacted by the storm in terms of the hotel's location. I am diabetic so this is an urgent concern for anyone like me who has medical considerations. If the situation were dire, I am certain the front desk would have found a solution. I had a few snacks on hand to get me through the night until breakfast and I did not ask them for help with my personal issue. The hotel is formal but not stuffy. The bed and the bedding was luxurious and I slept extremely well.

Hotel, cleanliness, breakfast excellent. The shuttle service and staff are not very good. We booked this hotel because of the shuttle service. Initially, they said we couldn't use the shuttle service due to the number of people, although it wasn't too high. We came early and stayed in line early. The staff deliberately put other people in line in front of us, although they were late. Very rude and not acceptable.

Every staff member who I was in contact was phenomenal!! From the front desk to the dining manager. The athestitics of the hotel was beautiful. Some of the softest sheets Ive felt in a hotel and most comfortable pillows. Loved this hotel.
