Be careful with this hotel keep an eye on your credit/debut card transaction they charged me twice for one night I was lucky to check my credit card transaction online, the manager Zubair was not helpful at all. I had to speak to my bank and ebooker to get a refund after few days.

The hotel Is in a great location. Very clean hotel. Staff are ok but could be friendlier. Beds and pillows are very hard I could not sleep good due to the uncomfortable bed and it caused me to have back pain, pillows could not be used to sleep as they are very hard and bulky. No fridge of coffee making facilities in room

I particularly liked its central location, handy for the main shops, restaurants and transport links. The building looked well-appointed both outside and within but the breakfast room was a bit draughty by the windows (admittedly it was February). The breakfast is near identical every day but perfectly alright. My guest room was clean and spacious with plenty of lighting. Not a problem for me as a single occupier, but I noticed the bathroom door had some transparent see-through sections which meant that users of the toilet and shower would not have had complete privacy. Attentive, friendly reception staff and security on the door at all times.

Kleines, sympathisches Hotel. Zentrumsnah.

Pros: Lage, Grösse, Einrichtung.
Cons: Was ich nicht gefunden habe: eine Schuhputzmaschine.
Location: Ausflüge ins Zentrum und in die Altstadt.
Besuch Ende November 2016 anlässlich der Theatertage. Hat alles geklappt.
