This house, for the exclusive use of the guest, is an oasis of peace, the perfect place to relax from the frenzy of daily routine. The house is located on the Umbrian hills with a breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno and a seasonal swimming private pool. Ideal for families or groups of friends looking for an exclusive location where to have complete privacy. In fact, the house is surrounded by a large plot of land and surrounded by our olive grove.



The Space:

The house consists of two double bedrooms with lake view each with its own private bathroom. It is also possible to accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the sofa bed.

Garden: completely fenced garden ideal for people travelling with their pets.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and habitable. In addition to the hob there are oven, microwave oven, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals in company.

Terrace: The large garden and the covered terrace are the ideal setting to organize dinners with friends or relax in the middle of nature.

Accessories included: Each room is air conditioned and there are all the comforts for both short and long stays (television, wi-fi, dishwasher and washing machine).

Towels and linen: The rooms are already ready with all the necessary bed linen and each guest will have a personal bathroom kit at his disposal.

Extra Guests: The house is prepared to accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the two large bathrooms and the double sofa bed.                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the house and garden. 
We are animal-friendly: bowls already present in the house.

Guest interaction:

The owners will not be present on site but will always be available for any need.

From Di Colle in Colle, I would receive a welcoming and professional treatment. We are in fact a small family-run resort run by the two young owners. 
Our farm also cultivates and processes the olive grove and vineyard surrounding the property, from which we derive excellent quality organic products available for sale.
On request, a chef service is available at home so you don't have to think about anything more than to relax.
