O primeiro funcionário que nos atendeu foi bem "seco", respostas curtas e com pouca vontade em orientar. Fomos trovados de quarto, pois o 110v não funcionava e deu curto na hidromassagem. A piscina estava suja e o espaço em geral sem zeladoria, mato alto e espaço de churrasqueira sem condições de uso. Boa localização, bem no centro da cidade.

O quarto estava impecável e a equipe foi bem gentil.
Quando cheguei tudo estava arrumado e o pessoal da limpeza limpava todos os dias. Estão de parabéns!!!
A piscina estava limpa e foi bem útil nesse natal quente de Tupã.
O hotel é bem localizado e prático para quem está a pé na cidade.
