Beautiful place to stay with warm and gracious hosts. Tanya and Chris have created a bucolic setting that caters to your every need, from a delicious homemade breakfast to start the day to an immaculately kept pool to refresh yourself at the end of the day. We expected it to be nice but our expectations were beyond exceeded. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful location in quiet area outside of town. Very friendly owners and excellent breakfast. We stayed in the Faulkner suite and had plenty of private area to move around and make ourselves at home. Absolutely no complaints.

Amazing place

Very beautiful spot. Out in the country. Our front door opened up to the huge pool and the back door opened up to the pond. We were there for only one night but checked in early enough to enjoy the pool and walk the grounds. The breakfast for the next morning was prepared and in the frig. All we had to do was heat it up. The bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to get up. We would recommend this place to everyone looking for a quite get away.

We loved escaping to this little home nestled in the woods. We relaxed on the porch of the Coombs House and walked the trail. We recommend watching the lightning bugs from the rocking chairs. Breakfast was wonderful. Thanks Tanya for the wonderful hospitality!

Beautiful guest home to spend our first extended stay in Mississippi. Our only regret is not being able to spend more time there! The property is so relaxing and welcoming! Beautiful place!

Went for a weekend family visit with my husband and we had a great stay!!! Truly enjoyed learning some history of the home and family. Our breakfast was plentiful and taste great! We also greatly enjoyed walking the beautiful grounds/ trails and look forward to a future stay on our next travels down to MS.

If Southfork Ranch were in Mississippi ...

Tanya is an enthusiastic and generous host. She seems to be involved in hospitality because she genuinely enjoys people. Her accommodations are well beyond what we expected for a last-minute booking. The location requires a bit of attention to find, but we found it -- on a dark evening. If you are visiting New Albany, Tupelo, Oxford, or even the Delta, this is a fine choice, though you might just enjoy hiking around the property or relaxing.

Best experience I’ve had on a stay. Great host and scenery was to die for. Breakfast was even in the fridge for us when we arrived! It was the best welcome to New Albany I could imagine. Hope to stay again soon and take advantage of the trails on this huge lot!

Nice Quiet County Place

Very nice room. Comfortable and quiet.Grounds were very nicely kept. Decor was excellent.Private sitting room adjacent to bedroom. Bathroom was nice, large, clean, well appointed. Peace and quiet - somewhat near Oxford Mississippi

I hesitate to recommend as I don't want the secret to get out - this is a wonderful place. It is pretty far away from Oxford (Ole Miss) but not so far that I would not stay here again when visiting Oxford. If you like peace and quiet, this is your place. The breakfasts were amazing ! The property is lovely. It is so quiet you can hear a pin drop. We only had two very small issues - the wi-fi was not super reliable - it may have been our carrier - we got it but it was spotty - but again maybe that's a good thing if you're trying to get some rest in the middle of nowhere. We also could not figure out ever how to work the TV - but we got back from Oxford so late we didn't even ask Tanya how to fix it - I'm sure she would have been happy to help us as she went out of her way to make everything else so perfect. Hope to be back!

The Concord Inn has all of the charm of the old south and all of the amenities of modern day suburbia! It's rich in history and charm! Would not think of staying anywhere else when coming to Ole Miss games!

Southern hospitality and charm at its best!

From the first inquiry prior to making a reservation to the time we said our goodbyes over a home cooked southern breakfast as we sat and chatted with the owners/keepers of the Inn this was the best experience to date we have had in our travels. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing and we were made to feel like family but yet given our privacy. The Concord Inn is a must stay!! We stayed in The Guest House! We will definitely be back!!

So much better than a hotel....

I was in New Albany for a weekend tennis tourney and this was the perfect place to stay. Tanya was an excellent hostess. Her home is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. The grounds are breathtaking. She makes a mean breakfast as well. I will definitely stay again if something brings me back to New Albany. Thanks!!

Loved our stay at the Concord Inn guest house. We were there to celebrate our fifth anniversary and everything was just perfect. We were invited to the main house for breakfast the next morning. What a delicious breakfast it was too. Tanya was a very gracious hostess and made our stay very enjoyable. We will go back again sometime.

Northern Mississippi Gem

Incredible experience- a lovely and welcoming multi-functional atmosphere! Wonderful owners. Tanya is very hospitable, she makes a mean southern breakfast, and she is just a darn good person. Beautiful Lodging. I stayed in the Coombs House for 2 nights. This restored home dates back to the mid-late 1800s. The inside is spectacular: outfitted with antique furniture & new/newer modern appliances, sleep on comfortable bed with the highest quality bedding... everything was top notch. The outside shows off its pleasant southern 1800s house architecture: a big front porch with rocking chairs, a back porch, excellent windows and insulation, a fenced in yard... a nice step back in time to experience what I had not yet experienced. Couple of more things: it is on a beautiful [fenced in] estate with a pond/lake, a forest (with a trail), the main house, a guest house with a pool, a garden area... it was wonderful to be in this environment, yet at the same time the Coombs House is set back a little further into a woodsy area from the main and guest houses which gives a bonus of having privacy. Cable TV, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, two chimneys/gas fireplaces, laundry & dryer machines, cleaning supply closet, amenities-a-plenty, wood flooring (main bathroom exception) with pristine rugs... Environment: SAFE. Northern Mississippi- a pleasant inviting vibe. Hills, Forests, River... This B&B is a couple miles out of town, not too far, just right. Easy to find, follow Tanya directions.
