The room had no hot water. Room cleaner never came to our room we had to go to front desk and ask for towels and they were rude. Will never stay here again

The staff helped us fix a mixup with the booking. Accidentally booked a smoking room, and Hotels.com wouldn't allow me to change, and no Hotels.com agents would respond. The hotel staff worked around it and moved us to a non-smoking room at no charge!

The guy at the desk was super friendly. The room smelled strongly like old musty laundry that was forgotten in the washer but I was exhausted and just wanted a shower and to lay down. After getting in the tub I noticed a bug on the ceiling, when I got out and looked around the room there were ALOT of bugs on the ceiling and around the window and dead ones on the floor. It was stink bugs and I looked them up and they dont bite or bother people. With me being ready to sleep and fresh from the bath with my things scattered everywhere, I wasnt worried about asking for another room. Towels were all clean but very stained. Bed slept well. Next morning I told the front desk guy about the bugs and showed pictures and he said a field behind the property had been sprayed which sent all the bugs to the motel, but they had also sprayed and thats why there were dead ones. Since I didnt ask for another room even after the smell and bugs, I didnt feel like I should press for a refund or anything. Overall I had a place to crash and thats what I needed.

Never judge a book! Come see for yourself!

This is a nice place to stay for a short or longer period. Convenient location, reasonable rates, peaceful, and clean. Cleaning staff are nice and front desk staff is cordial.

Better than expected

After our last Motel 6 experience, we were ready to cancel this one if need be. Needless to say, we were surprised! The room was fresh and clean! The only downside was highway noise and car doors.

The floor was so dirty that the bottom of your feet was black. No ice was available at all. Found hair in the bed.
