Convenient location while traveling, the $50 incidentals policy caught me off guard - really is unnecessary as you have all my information. Just makes me take steps like photos if the room when I leave so that I don’t get a surprise charge for something. Distrust breeds distrust.

The hotel was very clean and orderly. The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. Bad bedding is always our biggest fear with any hotel, so we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms and common areas were all well lit. The breakfast was a little light for our liking, but there is a Huddle House just down the road. All in all a place we will stay again when we pass through the area.

Appears to have went through a rushed renovation. First room smelled of weed and the first lock didn’t work. The response was “oh”. Then a new room. No weed smell but, was musty. Would not stay here again.

I had stayed here the weekend prior to my last stay & had 0 issues with check in. I get here after driving over an hour to be told I didn’t have a reservation booked but I’m steady showing them my emails & receipt confirming I paid through hotels.com. I had to wait in the lobby for about an hour to get that resolved. Had to call hotels.com to have this addressed. Hotels ended up paying over the phone for the reservation. I check out but then received a call that the booking was undercharged & tells me I owe more money. Spent another hour or so with hotels.com to get that straightened out. My issue is not with hotels.com. The issue is I booked this hotel 2 days prior to check in & someone at the hotel didn’t do their job by putting in my reservation I assume. Due to this, I will not be back.

Don’t advertise what you don’t offer!!

We picked this hotel based on the fact that it says the offer cribs. Upon arrival we were told there are no cribs, no roll-a-way beds, no options period for an infant. We flew into town, so we had no other options. Guy at the desk was no help and offered no apology or explanation. Room was non-refundable or we would have left. Lobby was clean and nice. Hallways were terrible and rundown. Rooms were clean. Tried to figure out where to let our infant sleep with no bed option. But there were no blankets either. She had to sleep on the floor on a tow. Then tried to put our toddler’s milk in the fridge, it was broken and wouldn’t cool. I would have overlooked everything if I weren’t so mad about the false advertising of the crib. Don’t advertise what you don’t offer!!

Hotel with few amenities. Bed was fine, same as every other Hilton. No coffee pot in room and no coffee available on site. Included breakfast buffet was minimal. No microwave in room. Furniture was not comfortable. Tried Spark on a whim, will stay at other Hilton properties in the future
