On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the lake, in the countryside, in the woods. For shared use: property 1 ha (fenced), well-kept garden plants and trees, meadow 4'000 m2 (fenced), pond, swimming pool (above ground) round (5 m diameter, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Patio (28 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: table football, central heating system. Breakfast full board half board possible on request (extra). Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 5 km, sandy beach 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, bathing lake 5 km. Riding stable 1.5 km.
