Welcome to our beautiful home located in the heart of Tupungato Valley area, Mendoza. This incredible property features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living space to accommodate up to 6 guests. You are only 5 to 15 minutes away from many of the most famous wineries and vineyards in the world. This is the starting point of an unforgettable visit to Valle de Uco.



The park is full of perfectly maintained trees and bushes for playing and having fun outdoors.



The house has a very comfortable parking area that can accommodate 2 or more cars.



The house is located in a fenced neighborhood with 24 hs security and CCTV for your peace of mind. The neighborhood offers an amazing lake, gym and a social area for large groups who want to arrange a BBQ or meeting. There is also a large a comunal swimming pool with seating area for you to enjoy the sun vibes of Mendoza province.

Guest Access:

HOSPY

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.
