El departamento esta bien ubicado (centrico), y su estado en general también. Para acceder a él tienes que subir tres pisos por escalera (Muy empinada) ya que no tiene ascensor. La reja de acceso está sumamente incómoda y estrecha y no permite el paso si llevas una valija. Ademas al departamento le faltan algunos detalles que hacen al confort durante la estadía. Por ejemplo algo de café, azúcar, aceite, etc. que sí están en la mayoría de otros alquileres.
