The open dining room, also equipped with an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, likewise opens onto the garden. The fully equipped kitchen is situated on this level and includes an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a microwave, and a freezer. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor facilities.
The upper floor is home to all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features a winter garden, 2 single beds and 1 french bed measuring 145 cm, a hand-basin, and air conditioning, with access to a veranda. The second bedroom is arranged across 2 levels and includes 2 single beds, 1 double bed, and a hand-basin, with access to a balcony. The third bedroom is similarly arranged across 2 levels and offers 2 single beds, 1 double bed, and a hand-basin, also with access to a balcony.
