A bright single-storey property with a private swimming pool sleeping up to 6 people. High on a hill between Tursac and Les Eyzies, this house offers magnificent views over the valley. In the heart of the Péigord Noir region, you'll be close to France's main prehistoric sites and have access to all the culinary delights of the Dordogne, from simple cafés to Michelin rated restaurants.

The front door opens onto a hallway leading to the living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen and French windows opening onto the terrace.

To the left of the entrance hall is a corridor leading to the sleeping area: two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms (convertible into a double bed), and a bathroom.

A large garage houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, the garden and private swimming pool offer magnificent views over the valley.

Options are available for this property:

- Linen pack : includes 3 towels per person (2 bath towels and one pool towel) and bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover).

A lovely break

We had a lovely stay. House was clean and very comfortably furnished. Freesat was welcome - we even got to watch the Wimbledon final!We were 5 mins drive from Les Eyzies which we visited daily for the boulangerie. Also had car charging points and several good restaurants. A good base for exploring the local area. Definitely recommend canoeing on the Vezere.The pool was lovely and clean. A comfortable temperature when it was 30 degrees outside. Pool was same depth throughout - chest height for adults and our 7 year old was just able to touch the bottom.

Excellente location

Maison bien agencée et très bien équipée, avec une superbe piscine (sécurisée avec une alarme) et une vue exceptionnelle. Très calme. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région (toutes les visites entre 10 et 35 min de voiture).
