Nestled on the quiet shores of Upper Turtle Lake, Wisconsin, this modern 3 story lake home is pure joy! The privacy and relaxing atmosphere is a tranquil find for families and friends.

The house sits on 140 feet of lakeshore. This lake is perfect for boating, fishing, swimming, floating, skiing, paddle boards, canoeing and kayaks, and has a variety of fish: pan fish, bass, walleye and pike.

A new 2024 22’ pontoon is available for rent upon request through the homeowner.

Your home is located about 3 miles from the St. Croix Casino

The property has 2 bedrooms with queen beds on the second and third floors. The top floor has a private deck with incredible views. The 2nd floor has a foosball table, and 180 degree breathtaking views of the lake as well as the full bath with laundry. On the main floor we have sectional couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa. Full bath is on the 2nd floor, and 1/2 bath on main.

There is a patio with seating for 6 or more on the rooftop of garage. Calming views of the lake from here!! A fire pit along the lakeshore with ample firewood is ready for your enjoyment.

This property has access to 16+ miles of trails for hiking, running, ATVs and UTVs (cattail trail). This is a great property for kids, as the water is shallow, about 2.5-3 feet off the end of the dock. You have privacy but access to convenience. Perfect getaway for couples or families. This home is pet free/smoke free.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Mud Lake. Features include laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.
