I like how professional the staff was but the room smelled and the bathroom was filthy! There were moldy black spots all over the tub and shower. We were afraid to use it so we checked out a day early and booked another hotel. I have requested a refund for the day I already paid for . Let’s see if I get my refund

While staff personnel were pleasant, the accommodations were poor. The room was musky and damp, shower and bathroom moldy and sticky. The AC unit did not cool. Bed linens - sheets were clean but thin and worn, duvet cleanliness questionable. Apparently some renovations are in progress-

Its was ok..the 1st error was they gave me a hard time to check in..when i paid online it did not say i had to stay 3 days and it lt me pay for my 1 night stay but when i went to check in the hotel said i had to stay 3days minimum and gave me the run around and it too me 30 minutes to get checked in. Then the bathtub was not clean.

Overall property was very close to campus which was convenient. Hotel is located of I20 near plenty of restraunts and shopping options. Hotel experience was good overall they were doing imlprovements during my stay which didnt wffect our stay. Overall should be even better when complete. I would definitely stay there again if my son attends the university.
