Smells like mold, everything in disrepair , gross stains in the wall, lamp outlets don’t work, fire sprinkler is rusted to hell and doubtful it even works. WiFi won’t recognize our last name and room #. The worst part is it’s a room with two double beds. We booked a king. No kings. No money back, told me hotels.com screwed me on the price, and gave me a crappier cheaper room. It’s 11pm. We’ve been driving for hours and need to sleep so we will but super bummed. Blamed her manager for not fixing the rooms. I want to say though that the room was awful run down and neglected - the shower head fell off mid shower. However it was CLEAN. Whoever they have cleaning is awesome! Except the walls. Please clean the walls!

Black curly hairs in bathtub, refrigerator not working, baby's formula ruined due to non-working refrigerator, only one working outlet in room, unable to connect to wifi, no response from manager or general manager. Dont ruin your trip by staying at this hotel with your family.
