I know the hotel was busy because it was graduation weekend, but our room did not have hot water to shower before leaving for the graduation, and our coffee supplies in the room. were not well stocked. We only had one package of decaf, no creamers and the hotel didn’t make the bed after our first first night stay.. I might have expected that for $200 per night room, but not for over $400 per night. Disappointing.

"I had been driving for 8 hours and was extremely tired and worn out. When I explained that I had another long drive ahead of me and needed to have a good night's sleep and some peace and quiet, Cedric made certain I had the most comfortable room that was in the calmest part of the building. He was a lifesaver! I'll recommend this place to everyone!"

Love the location of this hotel. It's close to campus for our business trip, but not too crazy and kind of off to itself where it's quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Tuscaloosa!

Our room was great, clean and spacious however there were no plates for breakfast when we went. The breakfast didn’t have a good selection for someone who is celiac. The cleanliness of the hotel in general was not great. A bag of trash sat for a day right outside the elevator.
