Breakfast was supposed to be 6-10am. Came down at 7:00am and there was nothing there. Asked desk attendant (who seemed to be the only employee at the property) what was up ? Response - "we had a light night so I figured I wouldn't get it ready till later". Left the hotel at 7:30am and still nothing out. What a joke.

Older building that has been “refreshed”. Room smelled musty and could tell it was a smoking room at one time. Windows older and can hear a person cough outside . Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a stop on a longer trip. It was clean, the bed was good and the AC worked. It is far from luxurious. But if you are looking for a place to sleep it is fine.

Great start

Room was clean. Service was good. Communication barrier with non-English speaking breakfast staff resulted in a wait for supplies like silverware to be restocked. Surrounding view is storage facilities and not attractive, but the hotel itself is nice and appears new. Hotel was 10 minutes drive to U of A and our activities.

Politeness didn't make up for lasso of training by

We head traveled 8 hours to see our neice. We stopped at the hotel first. The first room on the third floor had not been cleaned yet. We went back down to the entry and asked for a different room. The person in charge was very apologetic and nice. The new room was clean. I couldn't figure out how to get local stations so i could watch the superbowl after visiting our neice. I called the desk and again the person was polite but hasn't bedeviled trained in how to make the tv work. She turned the game on down in the libby so i could watch.

The property fit our needs. It was off the road and quiet. The only complaint we had was breakfast. The hot items(sausage and omelettes) were barely warm. I'm pretty sure the holding temperatures would not meet foodsafe standards. Both were dried out. I couldn't cut my sausage and one end of the omelette with my knife. I suspect both were put out multiple days rather than thrown out due to the low occupancy rate.

Good gameday hotel

Front desk was nice and helpful. Room was clean and the bed slept well. Parking lot well lit. Only problem I had was doors slamming starting around 5:30 am. I never did figure out where it was coming from as we weren't that close to the stairs. But we could certainly hear it well.
