This was our third stay. We were in town for a medical procedure and everything met our expectations with the exception on the pool. If I were to give any suggestions I would suggest the pool be heated.

The water in the bathroom sink was hot. No cold water which is strange. Very uncomfortable brushing teeth and washing up as the water was extremely hot.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. That's where the good news ends. We had no hot water in our room. Maintenance was sent to fix it and the next time we went to shower, the water was even colder than before. We had limited time to see our son at the university and this issue wreaked havoc on our plans. Very disappointing. We had very limited time to shower and get back to the campus for dinner and we blew the timeframe becasue we had to change rooms in order to shower. AND the price gouging!!! $1,000 per night!!!!! I better have hot water for $1,000 per night!!! We received a credit for the 2 drinks we had at the bar. That was their compensation for ruining our parent's weekend. Disappointing and unacceptable.

Stay here almost every time in Tuscaloosa for work. Convenient location, nice rooms, love the kitchenette on longer trips, makes it easier to buy groceries instead of fast food.
