Great price and location for my needs. Cute little space with a beautiful pool area. It’s conveniently located right off the freeway. I even passed a security guard late in the evening as I walked to the office to get more tea bags for the morning. Thanks Orange Grove.

Great value, clean rooms, and helpful staff

This is my "go-to" place when I have to work in the Irvine area. It's clean, quiet, and a great value. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I was able to get a good night's rest and come to work recharged.

The room and property was clean and nicely presentable. We noted the body wash was empty when we took a shower and there was no bar soap in the room. This was mentioned to the front desk and still had not been replaced the next day. After a second complaint they did provide the needed items. Staff was pleasant and willing to meet our needs.

The room was clean, bed was comfy. The coffee maker exploded hot water and there was a weird noise from the fridge from time to time but otherwise it was a well maintained recently renovated motel. Good value for the money.

Great deal for a clean small place.

This inn motel is located adjacent to the i5 highway. But it’s well constructed and road noise was very minimal, especially when the AC was on. Property was very well maintained and super clean. People were nice including guests and employees. No included breakfast is available, but we brought food and prepared in the microwave and kept in fridge, both worked well. Big bathroom with Bright lights. Bedroom size is not spacious but works for two people, Room service, which I chose every other day, forgot my room on day four of my six days. But they freely changed out my towels when asked. I’d highly recommend.

Very reasonable. Bed was amaizng. Bathroom was perfect. Water stayed in shower stall. Room was emaculately clean. Brand new motel. Would stay again. Security guard made everyone feel safe.
