This unit is a two story townhome. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a California King bed and master bath with a large shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed. The second full bathroom is upstairs, with a shower/tub combination.

Downstairs is an open concept living area and a fully equipped kitchen and half bath, as well.

The backyard has a patio area and BBQ to use. The driveway can accommodate two cars. There is a jacuzzi about 100 feet away from the unit to enjoy.

This home is conveniently located to all major freeways and attractions in Orange County. Easy access to the 5, 55 and 22 Freeways and a few miles from the 405 and 91 Freeways. Santa Ana/Orange County Airport is just 8 miles down the 55 Freeway.

This is a great location for those interested in visiting Orange County and Southern California attractions. It is just 10 miles to Disneyland, 13 miles to Newport Beach, and 16 miles to Knott's Berry Farm. San Diego is about 80 miles south and LA/Hollywood just 38 miles to the north.
