Despite the highest temperatures of the year , the AC wasn’t working at its full capacity. The rooms, common areas like the restaurant, lobby, business center, and front desk were suffocating hot. The pets fee includes nothing; back when it was crowne plaza they provided a pack of bags to dispose your dog’s excrements and a nice necktie or ribbon. Even though there’s a sports bar within the venue it’s never open. Music by the pool it’s terribly outlet by a big and poorly equalized speaker.
