Other things to note
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Planning to arrive before our standard check-in time? Contact us — if possible, we will accommodate. An extra fee may apply if the cleaning crew needs additional staff.
SECURITY
Please, although the place is incredible, no wild loud parties are allowed. Thank you.
No smoking inside the home. Please dispose of butts and ashes carefully. Be extra cautious with fire outside due to fire danger.
POOL
Direct access to the swimming pool, protected by a gate. No children allowed in the pool alone — children must be attended by an adult at the pool at all times. It's a deep pool.
PARKING
Guests will have access to the whole house and driveway. Please ensure no cars are blocking the driveway.
TRASH
Do not leave any open trash outdoors — it attracts wildlife. We don't have trash service to the home, so our housekeeper hauls it out. Please pack trash down, make sure bags aren't leaking, and leave it in the garage when you check out.
ETIQUETTE
Please be mindful of dirty, muddy, and wet shoes inside the house — bring a pair of house slippers to change into. It keeps the property in great condition for everyone.
