The Ivory 20 is a modern and tasteful 3-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Tweed Heads, only a few hundred metres from Coolangatta’s worldclass beaches.

The stylish apartment is located on the fifth floor and features lovely views of the Tweed river and even Mount Warning in the distance.

Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests, The Ivory 20 is also pet friendly, so even your dog can join you while you relax on holidays!

The Ivory 20 features 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a double bed. All bedrooms come with ceiling fans and there is reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning to the living room, main bedroom and second bedroom.

The loungeroom is light and airy and equipped with comfortable, stylish furnishings and flat screen smart TV and Wi-Fi. It leads though to your own private balcony equipped with comfortable lounge setting and featuring views of the Tweed river and surrounding hinterland including Mount Warning.

Cooking and entertaining is easy in the modern fully equipped kitchen featuring stone benchtops, gas cooktop and new appliances including dishwasher and coffee machine.

There are 2 bathrooms - master with ensuite, both with walk in showers and an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The Ivory also features a generous communal rooftop terrace balcony with barbeque and is the perfect spot to enjoy the panoramic views over the ocean and river. There is parking for one car and lift access to the apartment.

Pet friendly property for one dog only (no cats or other pets permitted). Dogs must not be left at the property unattended and all attempts must be made to minimise barking.

The Ivory is located a stones throw from the Tweed River and foreshore where a lovely waterside path leads into Coolangatta, where you'll find a huge range of shopping and dining options and of course, the beautiful beach. The Ivory is also conveniently located close to Tweed Bowls Club, Tweed Mall Shopping Centre and Twin Towns Services Club.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 6 minute drive north of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
