Conveniently located one street back from the beach, around the corner from brand new coffee shops, bottle shop and wine bar and restaurants and across the road from a park! The kids can scooter around the track whilst you sit and relax out the front.

Recharge and relax in this near new beach home in arguably one of the best locations in Kingscliff. With brand new furnishings, ducted air-conditioning and all the creature comforts of home, once you step into this house - you may never want to leave!

Downstairs, the open plan kitchen living and dining open out onto the sun soaked deck and pool. Watch the kids play in the cubby and the yard whilst you enjoy the ocean breezes on the back deck.

A downstairs queen size bedroom, full bathroom and laundry complete the first floor.

Upstairs there's room for the whole family with 3 additional spacious bedrooms and family bathroom.

Just a walk away from the beach. Great walking/running/biking path along the beach. Pool is just right and the house feels like a home. Grocery shopping a short drive away. Perfect Christmas!
