Room was clean, well furnished with very comfortable bed and chairs. Breakfast was numerous choices of healthy food with fresh cooked choices available from Chef. Hotel well located with handy transport and walkable points of interest. Staff are always helpful.

In general, all was good. Loved where my room was, at the end of the building opposite twin towns club, only thing I don't like is if you want to book that room again you can't, so I was told at reception..😔

Spotless room, great breakfast. I emailed needing to change the dates of our stay on 1/9/25, no one responded. When we got to the hotel and I explained we needed to leave a day early I was told the extra night couldn't be refunded because I hadn’t told them before the 10/9/25. I was able to produce the email but the lady stated said it hadn’t been received. So,I would advise not to pay in advance.
