We used in off season so no breakfast BUT room was discounted. It was clean, quiet, warm - everything we wanted. This is our second time here and it will not be our last. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful. I have recommended this place to others already and will continue to do so.

It was advertised as a Bed and Breakfast however no breakfast was provided because the booking was "outside the standard vacation period" - we were so advised after the booking was made when we spoke to the owner to have the booking extended by one day.
