Room is clean & cozy. Hotel lobby is very welcoming with beautiful holiday decorations. Coffee & tea are served 24/7 which is excellent. The staff at the reception desk was very courteous and pleasant. Location is perfect close to Costco and Magic valley mall. Safe location.

No one was at the front desk, we called for help and it seem to take too long for someone to come. We were given no instructions on where the elevator was located, or how to get to our room or what the password was for the internet or when breakfast would be served. The batteries on the TV remote were dead, or slow, was frustrating to watch tv.
